Shipping policy

Within UK: 1-3 working days after dispatch

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail, or Parcelforce for larger originals/items, the service is 1st class. Please expect to receive your artwork within 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Within Europe: 3-5 working days after dispatch

All European orders are sent via Royal Mail, or Parcelforce Worldwide for larger originals/items. Simply place your order as normal and the shipping calculator will automatically adjust the rate based on the contents of your package and destination. Please expect to receive your artwork within 3-5 working days after confirmation of shipment.

Maia Walczak is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes on international sales. If you reject a parcel due to unexpected customs and import charges, Maia reserves the right to withhold the cost of shipping your parcel both ways when completing your refund. In some cases, packages can be delayed due to matters outside of Maia's control. If you parcel is delayed, please email Maia and she will get back to you as soon as she can.

Rest of the World: 5-7 working days after dispatch

All international orders are sent via Royal Mail, or Parcelforce Worldwide for larger originals/items, and the service is registered and fully trackable. Simply place your order as normal and the shipping calculator will automatically adjust the rate based on the contents of your package and destination. Please expect to receive your artwork within 5-7 working days after confirmation of shipment.

Please note:

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days, except art prints larger than A4 size which are made to order and can take up to 5 working days before dispatch.

Maia Walczak is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages if the shipment service has confirmed delivery. The customer accepts full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items.

The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to Maia Walczak marked as unclaimed. Maia will not offer free shipping to send it back to you but will send it if you pay for the shipment fees.

All packaging used is plastic free and biodegradable, including the transparent corn starch sleeves that 30x30cm and A4 sized prints come in. Where plastic is (very very rarely) used it will be because I've recycled it for use again, to give it another life cycle. This is rare because I really try to cut down plastic consumption in my personal life as well as my business, so I rarely have plastic to recycle in this way. But rest assured, in the very unlikely event you see plastic in your packaging it will be for that reason ♥
