Refund policy

If your order arrives damaged please email Maia at hello@maiawalczak.com with details of the damage and photos where possible, so that if eligible the item can be returned for exchange or refund. You have 7 days from delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange, in the event of damage only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact Maia at hello@maiawalczak.com for details of how to make the return.

If your return is accepted, Maia will let you know where to send your package. Items sent back to Maia without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Maia does not cover the shipping costs of returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
